How support texting works
By initiating a text conversation, you agree to receive relevant human replies from standouthost about your support request. We use these conversations for IT services, hosting, websites, and software support. We do not send marketing or unsolicited texts. We retain your first inbound message as the record of how the conversation began. You receive one automated acknowledgment when you first contact us, followed by human replies relevant to your request.
Message frequency varies with your support conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Texting is optional; you can also email jon@standouthost.com.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Read our SMS terms and privacy policy. Submitting the website contact form does not authorize text messages; start a text conversation at the number above.
SMS terms
Reply STOP to opt out of further support texts. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume after opting out. Sending another support question by itself does not resume texting. Reply HELP for help, or email jon@standouthost.com. HELP, STOP, and START responses are automated. STOP confirms your opt-out; START confirms that support texting has resumed. Support answers are written by people.
Use texting for ordinary service and support questions. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive identity documents. Text delivery can be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This service is not an emergency contact channel.

Your privacy
We use your phone number, message contents, timestamps, delivery information, and opt-in/opt-out records to provide support and honor your messaging preferences. We do not sell your information or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
