Do you work with businesses outside Garner and Raleigh?+
Yes. We're based in Garner, NC and love working with our Triangle neighbors, but we serve small businesses anywhere. Most of our work happens over email, phone, and screen shares.
Can you be our entire IT department?+
Yes. We handle day-to-day support, your network and VPN, security, backups, cloud accounts, and the vendors you deal with. If you already have someone in-house, we're happy to work alongside them on the parts they'd rather hand off.
I already have a domain and a half-built site. Can you take it over?+
Absolutely. We regularly take over existing domains, sites, and email and get them cleaned up, secured, and properly hosted.
Do I have to be technical?+
Not at all. That's the whole point of hiring us. We speak plain English, handle the technical parts, and make sure you can find and update the things you care about.
